We're finally getting 'Social' with our customers and the feedback is good but it could be a lot better. With all the various networks available we decided that for a Party & Fancy Dress business (like us) Facebook, Twitter and an onsite Blog would be the best primary starting points with an RSS feed. Pinterest and You Tube are in the pipeline and Google+ is slowly getting there.
