We're finally getting 'Social' with our customers and the feedback is good but it could be a lot better. With all the various networks available we decided that for a Party & Fancy Dress business (like us) Facebook, Twitter and an onsite Blog would be the best primary starting points with an RSS feed. Pinterest and You Tube are in the pipeline and Google+ is slowly getting there.

Click + Collect
Well, it's been a busy week at Party Connection with the launch of our new Click + Collect service for our Fancy Dress Costumes and Party Supplies.
Due to popular demand in Leighton Buzzard and the surrounding area we launched Click + Collect on Monday 15th October to enable local customers to order online and collect in person from our warehouse on Pages Industrial Park, just off Eden Way in Leighton Buzzard.
We'd been so busy we'd completely forgotten to put up the new sign we had delivered last week from the guys at HFE Signs until we had complaints that customers couldn't find us. How embarassing! So this weekend we'll be up the ladder getting the sign up. Better late than never.
We're generally confident on fulfilling Click + Collect orders on a same day basis but sometimes 12-24 hours is needed from the time of placing your order online and you collecting from us.
Also remember our Price Promise. This is our promise that if you find a product for sale cheaper locally or online, we will match (or hopefully beat) the price. This applies to indentical products sold in a new condition and not part of a sale or promotion.
So, as well as serving our customers on a national level, we are now able to help local customers with their Fancy Dress & Party Supplies.
